How do you ensure new talents make an immediate impact within the organization? Do they find it scary to give their first presentations? They are not the only ones. We help your starters share their ideas with conviction and flair. Energetic, confident, and unforgettable.

In the "Life's a Pitch" training, we explore your authentic professional voice together. What makes you valuable to the team? How do you leave a lasting first impression? We strongly believe that self-confidence is the key to a successful start. We guide you to accomplish every presentation – from team meeting to board pitch – with flying colors.

You will learn:

To write a story people stay with
To pitch without slides and without notes
To find what makes you different from the rest
To carry your own story over into your work
To stay calm with a full room looking at you
To present in both Dutch and English
What to do with your nerves, before and during
To really listen to what someone else is saying

You will still think back on this day years from now. Sharing a genuinely personal story is wildly contagious, and something shifts in the group. The nerves will not disappear entirely. But a little tension makes life interesting, especially when something depends on it.

At a glance

The training consists of two interactive sessions for your team. We start with an online theory session (2 hours) and conclude with an energetic practical session on-site or in a theater. We work with fixed group rates and take on a maximum of 2 in-company trainings per month to guarantee top quality.

Frequently asked questions about presentation training for starters

Is this too much for someone who just joined?

Starters think so too. That is why we build up: write first, practise in a small circle, then the stage.

Does this fit into our onboarding programme?

Yes, and it works best in the first few months. New colleagues get to know each other faster this way than through an introduction round.

What if someone really does not want to?

Nobody gets pushed onto a stage. Almost everyone does it anyway, and that is usually the moment they remember.

How many starters can join?

We train one group at a time so everyone gets a turn. Tell us the group size and we will say what works.
