How do you write a good speech?

Do not just start writing a first line, think about these four questions first. Why you cannot leave this subject alone. What your audience is struggling with, in their words. What you put up against that. And what you ask of them when you are done. Anyone who can answer those four has most of their speech already. The tool asks them and writes out the script, in the same four blocks as our training: hook, problem, solution, ask.

How long should a speech be?

Shorter than you think. A toast or an opening: one minute. A speech at an anniversary, a farewell or a kick-off: two to three minutes. A keynote for a hall: five. Count on 130 to 150 words per minute. The length meter in the tool counts along while you write and adds timecodes, so when you rehearse you know whether you are on schedule.

Can AI write my speech?

A first draft, yes, and that is what this tool is for. You answer four questions and get back a script with timecodes, stage directions and a length that matches what you asked for. What AI cannot do is invent your experience. The more honest your answers, the less it sounds like a speech from the internet.

Which speeches does this work for?

Any speech where someone is in front of you and you want to reach them: a wedding toast, the speech at a colleague's farewell, an anniversary, the opening of an event, a pitch for a jury, the words you have to say as a manager at the kick-off.
